What is Monevium?

Monevium refers to Advanced Wallet Solution Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and WalesThe company is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Payment Service Regulations (PSRs) to carry on payment services activities as an Authorised Payment Institution (API).
Unlike banks we do not re-invest customer funds and have to keep all customer money separate to our own company finances. This guarantees that even in the unlikely event that Monevium is no longer in business, all of our customers would receive 100% of their balance back.

Monevium offers a modern, secure, and convenient way to manage your finances. Our internet banking solution enables you to send and receive SEPA payment in a safe and efficient manner.

What is Monevium account?

Monevium account is a EUR IBAN account to manage your funds in the Client Portal. IBAN stands for International Bank Account Number. It's internationally-agreed code consisting of up to 34 letters and numbers that helps banks processing transfers.
Any customer, who is at least 18 years old and live in the European Economic Area, can open 
a Monevium IBAN account. It is a totally free and transparent procedure.

To register with Monevium, please click Sign up on the official Monevium website.

  1. Verification
To get a Monevium account verified, you need to be ready to provide your valid email and phone number, and personal documents: ID card (Passport/Drivers license), Proof of address record (Passport/Bank statement/Utility bill), and selfie with the ID.
The account verification is processed within a few minutes. After reviewing the documents, an email with approve or rejection will be sent to you.

  1. Transactions
You can credit your EUR IBAN account and withdraw funds from it using a SEPA payment. You can also transfer funds to any other Monevium user.

  1. Account operations
To check or download your Monevium account operations summary, click your IBAN number on the left of the Client Portal.
You will be redirected to the 'Account Operations' page where you can get:
History: all your finance operations with the detailed information and processing statuses for the selected period.
Statements: downloadable account statement with the end and start account balance for the selected period.
  1. Deletion
The Monevium account can be closed at a user's personal request. Please email support@monevium.com from your registered email. The account closing procedure is free of charge.
