How do I download the Monevium app?

Monevium currently offers the mobile app for iOS and Android devices. 
Get the Monevium mobile app for iOS from the App Store or for Android from Google Play.

What can I do with the Monevium app?

Once downloaded, Monevium account holders can access the full functionality of their account by simply logging in using Face ID from the home screen of the app.

Current features include:
  1. Virtual card issuing
  2. Physical card issuing
  3. Instant card freeze / unfreeze
  4. Card replacement in case it is lost or stolen
  5. Easy access to card and account statements on a real time basis
  6. In app card PIN code reminder
  7. SEPA and international payments
  8. Peer to peer (P2P) payment functionality
  9. Show card details 

How do I set up biometric authentication?

If your device supports biometric authentication, you can enable biometric login.

On Apple devices:

  1. Tap the ‘Monevium’ home logo in the centre

  2. Tap Settings then Security settings

  3. Tap ‘login by biometrics’
