How to withdraw from a Monevium card

You can transfer money from your Monevium card to your Monevium IBAN in a fast, easy and secure way.
To withdraw funds from your Monevium card to the IBAN:

  1. Select Transfer → Withdraw funds from Monevium card in the Client Portal menu.

  2. Fill in the form:

    • To: Your Monevium IBAN.
    • Account currency: Your Monevium IBAN currency (EUR).
    • From card: Select the Monevium card from which you want to withdraw.
    • Amount: Enter the amount you want to withdraw from your Monevium card.
    • Currency: Currency of the transaction (EUR by default).
      Click Withdraw funds.

  3. The funds will be transferred to your Monevium IBAN from your Monevium card immediately.

How to check the transaction history

Select the Monevium card on the left of the Client Portal.
The transaction history includes all the transactions performed with your Monevium card. You can download the card transaction history in a pdf or csv format.
